Horrendous shipping time. UPS takes forever and doesn't leave your package in a secure location. Horrible service.
We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't the best. We ship via UPS because it is the best delivery service for us. We shipped via USPS for years, but recently most packages either never make it to their destination or takes up to a month to be delivered. If you're willing to pay for faster shipping, we'll happily accomodate you, but delivery is out of our control.
I am loving my curls again. I used this leave in after using the honey hibiscus deep conditioner. Wow, soft, moisturized hair for days. Smells fantastic too.
So far so good. I like it. I have only been wearing twists while using these products but my hair has stayed moisturized. I apply this to wet hair and let it sit to soak in. It leaves my hair soft.
